Each year, The Seed Source proudly presents an unusual and unmatched selection of flower, vegetable & herb seed at The Philadelphia Flower Show. This is our twelth year in Philadelphia and we are looking forward to the event with great anticipation. |

"The selection of seeds at the show leaves even the best-stocked local garden center in the dust. The Seed Source (Booths 205 and 207) could replace a whole stack of catalogs, stocking flower and vegetable seeds from Thompson & Morgan, Renee's Garden, Mr. Fothergills, Seeds of Change, Seed Savers Exchange, Botanical Interests, Franchi Sementi (Italian vegetables), Johnsons Seed, Kitazawa Seed (Asian vegetables), Monticello (varieties grown by Thomas Jefferson), and Tomato Fest. According to Seed Source's Laura Militzer, this year's stock covers 1,603 varieties of flowers and vegetables, including more kinds of heirloom tomatoes - open-pollinated varieties handed down from people's gardening great-grandmothers - than ever." |
