Yes. Our system requires you to be registered before checkout.
We use USPS for domestic and international shipments. All packages are tracked and monitored for as far as the tracking system allows.
We do offer an option at checkout that guarantees your order as long as the USPS tracking system has determined it to be lost in transit. Stolen packages will not be replaced so signature will be required upon delivery. This option is for U.S. orders only. We do not offer guaranteed international delivery at this time.

Yes. A tracking number along with a copy of your purchase order will be sent to your email address the day your package goes out for delivery.
No worries. For this reason we photograph your order number and shipping information so that it can be clearly seen alongside all the items included in your order immediately before packaging it up. We will email you a copy of the photo so you can verify what is missing. Any shortage will be sent out right away! However, if nothing is missing we will suggest you look over your package once again. We will not replace any packs if the picture illustrates that no items were missing from the order matching the order number. No exceptions.
